Micronutrient & Secondary Nutrient Fertilizers

Even when NPK is applied correctly, crops can lose yield to hidden hunger — shortages of zinc, boron, iron, magnesium, calcium or sulphur. Zinc deficiency is the most widespread micronutrient problem in Indian soils, and boron is critical for flowering, pollination and fruit set. Deficiencies often show up as yellowing between leaf veins, poor flowering, cracked fruit or stunted growth.

Green Life Agro supplies straight micronutrient and secondary-nutrient fertilizers to correct specific deficiencies: Zinc Sulphate, Boro Cure (Boron 20%), Ferrous Sulphate, Magnesium Sulphate and Magnesium Nitrate, Nano-Sulph nano sulphur, Pooja CMS Granules (calcium, magnesium and sulphur), and Agriculture Gypsum for reclaiming sodic soils and supplying calcium and sulphur.

Packs range from 500 g to 50 kg, with bulk supply for dealers and fertilizer blenders.

Benefits of Micronutrients

Corrects zinc, boron, iron and magnesium deficiencies
Better flowering, pollination and fruit set
Greener leaves and stronger photosynthesis
Improves structure of sodic and hard clay soils (gypsum)
Higher yield and better-grade produce

How to Use

Soil-apply zinc sulphate, ferrous sulphate, CMS granules and gypsum before sowing or planting. Use water-soluble products such as magnesium sulphate, magnesium nitrate and boron as foliar sprays or through fertigation. A soil or leaf test is the best way to decide which nutrient your crop needs.

Micronutrients — FAQs

What are the signs of zinc deficiency in crops?
Common signs are stunted growth, short internodes, small leaves and pale or bronze patches on the leaves — in rice this is known as Khaira disease. Zinc sulphate applied to the soil before planting, or sprayed on the leaves, corrects it.
Why is boron important for crops?
Boron is needed for pollen germination, flowering and fruit set. Boron-deficient crops show flower drop, poor seed set and hollow or cracked fruit. Boro Cure (Boron 20%) supplies it in a concentrated form for spraying or fertigation.
What is agricultural gypsum used for?
Gypsum (calcium sulphate) reclaims sodic soils, improves the structure of hard clay soils, and supplies calcium and sulphur. It is widely used for groundnut, which needs calcium for good pod filling.
